A luxurious night’s sleep starts with having enough space to stretch, sprawl and settle. The most popular mattress size in the UK is King Size , but can you go bigger? It’s worth noting that as a child, you probably slept alone in a single bed (3ft). As an adult, sharing a double bed (4ft 6”) gives you even less room than you had back then! If you do co-sleep, it might be time to upgrade to a king or super king . Measure your bedroom and think about going up a size if space allows.
